Over and out

Have had enough of blogging for a while. Going to Spain on 15 February for a while. I post all my photos on stuff on Facebook as the blog takes too long to upload - so if you want to see me or know what's going on then you'll have to join Facebook, or 'phone, text or e-mail or even write a letter.
Just few things:
1. My health worsens by the day
2. I'm travel more and more to the sun and stay longer and longer
3. I am content

Bye for now everyone...off to sunny Spain where it is 19C at the moment. Thank you to all my lovely friends who came to visit and whom I visited. Thank you for the 'phone calls and messages via all the bits of technology. Thank you to my doctor and consultants for their on-going care and affection.
A big raspberry to those who promised to visit or call but didn't!

Oops...I did it again!

I can honestly say that dislocation of the elbow is the most excruciating one I have ever had - and of course I had to do it again! I can put most dislocations back in but this one - oh no - the first time I did it I drove myself to Cromer Hospital - how I do not know - I think I was screaming most of the way and luckily I drive an automatic. This time I called the paramedics. So humiliating to be taken to hospital in your hubbie's track bottoms and scruffy food-stained tee-shirt! Can't wait for my new custom-made crutches to arrive from The Netherlands.
