Misty morning

Woke up at 7.30am to a mysteriously misty morning - the air was cool and only now at 9.50am the sun is pressing through. It is going to be yet another beautiful day. Going back to bed for a snoozette then a walk in Holt Country Park to collect pine cones, chestnuts and that fabulous Fall feeling.

Another beautiful day!

Did a bizarre bazaar today and we managed to raise £200 for Different Strokes! Then down to the beach for a paddle. I think I will sleep like a log tonight!
Some more snaps of my ridiculous garden!

The reality of Lupus is just sometimes too much to bear

It is the dawning of the ......

The cosmos is at a fairly low-key tone at the moment. The only major celestial alignment to report concerns are financial in that make sure your insurance coverage and policies are up-to-date and that your financial holdings (in stocks, bonds, commodities, real estate and precious metals) are as secure as possible. Meanwhile, the Moon in Aquarius moves from its monthly union with Jupiter last night to its monthly conjunction with Chiron and Neptune.
Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune are in a triple alliance this year - a very rare merging of the planets linked to good fortune (Jupiter), healing old wounds and pains (Chiron), and the creative imagination as well as psychic sensitivity.
Of course, these three planetary bodies are affiliated with many other areas of human endeavor - for example, reaching educational goals (Jupiter), building rainbow bridges of internal and external faith and trust (Chiron), and developing advanced skills as a poet, photographer, artist, musician, dancer and soul-searcher. Reading, writing and research receive the universal green light.
However, those with higher sensitivity are going to suffer at the hands of those with lower sensitivity and own emotional 'baggage' will become even more defensive, aggressive and may even approach psychosis.
This is the time for the creative and not the intellect. Masks will slip and true identies revealed.
Apart from that some more of my crazy garden and the cutest pebble sculpture at Holt Hall. It was held together with a metal pole - I use No Nails to build mine!Hubbie looking exceptionally cute in a turf chair.

What a week!

I am glad that week is over. A week of blow-ups and misunderstandings. Hubbie's skin erupted, one of my car tyres exploded, blow up with half-sister, blow up with father, computer blew up...oh well most of them fixed now. There's worse things happening in the world. Hoping for a nice quiet week. Cromer tomorrow - have a stroll on the pier - we will probably fall through some rotten wood! Thursday I am in charge of selling clothes at Different Strokes Bazaar - so that will be half my wardrobe gone. Halloween soon - can't wait to get dressed up and party. Got a new keyboard as mine is looking like a Tracey Emin exhibit and
sold my Sony Vaiaiao thingy laptop. Only 6 weeks to France!

Some good news at last

Hello Kees and Tabi,

A little mail in English to inform you how we are doing here in Holland.
Indy is doing much better now. We went to the osteopath and childrenfysiotherapist with little result.
We stopped all forms of therapy now mainly because of the quality of the therapists.
Luckely everything seems to be stabilizing. The only difficulty is that she won't sleep in her own bed during the day. This means that there is less time for us to the 'necessary' things to keep the family running.
But besides that she's doing really good. Becoming quite a lady already!
I added some recent pictures of her, so you can see the progress she's making.

Other good news is that I'm accepted for the schooling Intensive Care nursing!! I'm starting the 1st of january in the Diaconessenhuis in Leiden. I'll be working three months in advance and the first week of april starting the schooling.

The education takes 1,5 years. So I'm really glad with this growth!!

Arresiena is doing fine as well. She'll will resume working the second week of november, not really looking foreward to it yet. Indy has to go to the daycare and it's a weird idea to be leaving her over there. She's finally starting to get used to the daily routine of our family and then we're gonna mix it all up again! So we're having mixed feelings about it. But we don't have a choice. Our income is not that much so we are forced to work both. Don't you just love Western society!!??
That's enough about us....

We hope that you are doing fine. Cees still busy with your practice? Hope you're doing well. And Taby still as vibrant as always?? We really hope to see you soon in Holland. And mayby we'll visit you in Britain in the future..

With love,
Tim, Arresiena, Jaeyno and Indy

Muddle

Thank you everyone for all your kind words about Muddle. He is home safe and sound although he gets more poorly by the day. Thank you for asking about where the photos had gone - I deleted the post because the thought of losing him upset me so much that I didn't want to look at it anymore I will print the photos off for you) - I was over-emotional about it as it reminded me of loss. Thank you again Enid, Shirley, Audrey, Elspeth, and George for looking out for him and continuing to give him food and shelter. He is so spoiled by you all but he deserves it. I have no shame in loving an animal or expressing my emotions. Love to you all and especially to those who harbour bad feelings toward me.
Beautiful berries on my Viburnum bush - soon to be eaten by the blackbirds and the last apple on our apple tree.
Thank you Mike for rescuing Bertie the Tawny Owl. Have a great trip to LA and Australia.

Purple hair

Hubbie has dyed my hair purple. I asked him to get something red. Being a man he thinks anything lighter than black is red and anything darker than blond is red even though it is purple. I have to go to Sussex with purple hair. Even worse is I will have no computer for a week.
Purple hair, purple hair,
He never meant to cause you me any care
He never meant to cause me any glare He only wanted to one time be laughing at my purple hair.
Purple hair, purple hair
He only wanted to see me underneath my purple hair
He knows, he knows, he knows my hair is changing.
He says it's time to out for something new.
C'mon raise your head.
Purple hair, purple hair.
