For me, the Luberon region of Provence is France at its finest: spectacular countryside of vineyards and orchards; fascinating 'perched' hill-top villages; outstanding natural produce; and the light of Van Gogh and Cezanne. This is the real Provence, full of character. A sweet blend of soft climate and pure clean air which just breathes the incredible contrasts between a rich, and variable natural environment.
